{"id":123,"date":"2018-11-29T15:18:40","date_gmt":"2018-11-29T20:18:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icgre.org\/2020\/?page_id=123"},"modified":"2023-11-17T13:14:04","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T18:14:04","slug":"author-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/icertseries.com\/author-guidelines\/","title":{"rendered":"Author Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Submissions in the form of extended abstracts, short papers, and full manuscripts are welcome.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>all submitted papers will be\u00a0<strong>peer-reviewed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>the <strong>energy<\/strong> conference proceedings will be published under an\u00a0<strong>ISSN\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0ISBN\u00a0number<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>the <strong>energy<\/strong>  conference proceedings will be indexed by\u00a0<strong><a class=\"body-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scopus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scopus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/scholar.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google Scholar<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.semanticscholar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Semantic Scholar<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>each paper will be assigned a unique\u00a0<strong>DOI<\/strong>\u00a0number by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.crossref.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Crossref<\/a><\/li>\n<li>the proceedings will be permanently archived in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.portico.org\/digital-preservation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Portico<\/a>\u00a0(one of the largest community-supported digital archives in the world).<\/li>\n<li>selected papers from the conference will be submitted for possible publication in the\u00a0<strong><a class=\"body-link\" href=\"https:\/\/jffhmt.avestia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Journal of Fluid Flow, Heat and Mass Transfer (JFFHMT)<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a class=\"body-link\" href=\"https:\/\/ijepr.avestia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">International Journal of Environmental Pollution and Remediation (IJEPR)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(publication fees may apply)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Paper Topics<\/h4>\n<p>ICERT 2025 is now accepting papers on the following topics through its OpenConf system. All contributions must be original and should not have been published elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body\"><i>Three types of manuscripts could be accepted and published at the <strong>energy<\/strong>  conference proceedings<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extended Abstracts<\/li>\n<li>Short Papers<\/li>\n<li>Full Papers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"body\">You may choose to submit any of the above, please use the template here for your submission.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Extended abstracts<\/b> are welcome for publication. These submissions should be around 500 words and must give a clear indication of the objectives, scope, and results (if available) of the research. No figures or tables are allowed.<!-- <strong>Oral presentations for these submissions are limited to 15 mins and Authors who want to present their papers as poster can attach their posters at the conference venue.<\/strong>--><\/li>\n<li><b>Short papers<\/b> must give a clear indication of the objectives, scope, and results of the paper, and must (at least) contain an abstract, an introduction, a results\/discussion section, and a reference section. Figures should be of high quality. To ensure high scientific quality, all papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee Members. All papers must be submitted in electronic form using the website of the conference.<br \/>\nOnce the reviewing process is complete, the contact author of each paper will be notified of the result by e-mail. The authors are required to follow the reviews to improve their papers before their final submission.<br \/>\nAll accepted extended abstracts, short, and full papers will be published in the proceedings, under an ISBN reference. The online version of the proceedings will also be published under an ISSN reference and each paper in the proceedings will be assigned unique DOIs by CrossRef. Selected papers will be published in a Special Issue in the Open-Access Journal \u201cJournal of Machine Intelligence and Data Science\u201d by Avestia Publishing. Oral in-person presentations for these submissions are limited to 15 mins and oral virtual presentations will be limited to 10 mins. Authors who want to present their paper as poster can attach their poster at the conference venue.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"body\" align=\"justify\"><b>Poster Board Dimensions:<\/b><br \/>\nAuthors presenting via poster boards are to be informed that poster boards are 90 cm height and 70 cm width.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"body\" align=\"justify\"><b>Registration<\/b><br \/>\nAt least one author must register for the conference and pay the fee before the Regular Registration deadline (see <a href=\"https:\/\/icertseries.com\/important-dates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Important Dates<\/a>) for the paper to be published in the conference proceedings and accepted in the final program.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"body\" align=\"justify\"><b>Paper Award Winners<\/b><br \/>\nThe Best Paper Awards will be conferred to the presenting author of the papers that receive the highest rank during the peer review and by the respected session chairs. Only papers presented at the conference will be eligible for this award. Winners <b>(only the authors who do the presentations)<\/b> receive a certificate and a 25% discount towards registration for the 2025 series of the conference.
